Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Please allow additional time for order processing during peak periods.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using standard shipping methods. The specific carrier and service level are selected at Anam Cara Performance & Wellness’s discretion based on package size, destination, and product requirements. We prioritize safe and timely delivery of all research compounds.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on order size, weight, and destination. For current shipping rates, please contact us at hello@anamcara.lifestyle before or after placing your order. Shipping costs will be communicated to you prior to finalizing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you via email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after the shipment has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteedby Anam Cara Performance & Wellness. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions and natural disasters.
• Carrier delays or service disruptions.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
• Federal holidays or peak shipping periods.

Anam Cara Performance & Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

6. Liability in Transit

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Anam Cara Performance & Wellness is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. Risk of loss passes to the buyer at the point of carrier pickup.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist by providing any shipment documentation needed to support your claim.

7. Signature Requirements

At Anam Cara Performance & Wellness’s discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders. This is done to ensure the secure receipt of research compounds. If a signature is required, the carrier will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. Failed delivery attempts due to an unavailable recipient are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Restricted Areas

Some jurisdictions may have restrictions on the sale, possession, or importation of certain research compounds. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify that the products ordered are legal to receive in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Anam Cara Performance & Wellness makes no representations regarding the legality of our products in any specific jurisdiction. Orders shipped to restricted areas that are seized, returned, or confiscated by authorities will not be refunded.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Anam Cara Performance & Wellness does not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped to addresses within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, the buyer will be responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. Anam Cara Performance & Wellness will not be held liable for packages delayed or seized by customs authorities.
