Thank you for purchasing from Anam Cara Performance & Wellness. Due to the specialized nature of our research compounds, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure the safety and integrity of all products. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective products: Items that arrive damaged, broken, or otherwise defective due to manufacturing or shipping errors.
  • Incorrect items: Products that do not match what was ordered (wrong compound, wrong quantity, etc.).
  • Sealed and unopened products: Items returned in their original, sealed, and unopened condition within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or had their seal broken.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Products for which more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Your return request must include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, incorrect item).
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable (especially for damaged or defective items).

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us if the issue persists.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@anamcara.lifestyle. We ask that you:

  • Do not discard the product or packaging.
  • Provide photographs showing the damage or the incorrect item received.
  • Include your order number in all correspondence.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional expense to you. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or waive the requirement to return the damaged item.

7. Order Cancellations

Before shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

After shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still return the product in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
